- Philip Broughton-Mills Review added: 2018.03.08★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is always closed. I've been there weekdays and weekends. They don't reply to messages on facebook. The sign on the door says open from 11AM until late. I'm writing this in September, so maybe the tourist season has ended, but you can see the open tubs of ice cream through the window, so they don't appear to have closed. Other ice cream sellers nearby are open all day.
